from a pre-release (from WWDC, June 2004) version of Tiger, these are the base plugins found. note 
that since 10.4 won't release till sometime in 2005 (as of this writing), this info is subject to change.

also note that the root directory is in the Tiger partition I created (not to be confused with the Panther 
partition in bug 252661).
