Details 
The grey area on the left is too wide, and the images have scroll bars.
The is compared against IE 4.01 SP1.  Netscape 4.7 puts in a large space after
the Advertisment heading and doesn't show the two images below that heading and
the JavaWorld partners heading.
Chris, the first columnb is too wide. Looks to be a table issue so re-assigning
