Won't load applet when viewing on line tv show. Right side of screen always asks to get plugin even if you have done this a dozen of times..

Go to www.acntv.com    On left side click "watch ACN live"   the viewer will
open and work correctly on the top left of the page, but on the top right of the
page will be a frame "loading applet" and then change to "Get Plugin" Getting
the plugin does not change the problem. This problem has been around for many
versons and does not load on any machine that I have tried it on. All running
Win2k.

2.Click on "Watch ACN Live" top right of page
