User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040807 Firefox/0.9.1+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040807 Firefox/0.9.1+

After instaling , or while installing extensions, Firefox will occasionally try
to allocate a lot of memory/swap file, until the disk space is full and Windows
crashes or Firefox quits with blue screen .

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install various extensions in a unique session
2. Close and open Firefox
3. Firefox will install the extensions, but may crash

Actual Results:
In ~30% of the time, Firefox tried to "eat" memory, causing the Windows swap
file to grow until the hard drive was full.

Expected Results:
Firefox should have installed the extensions cleanly.

reporter, please wait until the porting of branch fixes to trunk is complete,
then try again. Firefox development was focused on the branch for quite a while.
