Details

For the "Name" tab, the text fields are all lined up nicely, left justified, 
and the text labels are right justified.  For the "Address" tab, the text fields 
and labels are all over the place.  Text fields should also be left aligned and 
text labels right justified.

Using build 2000-02-07-09M14 on wi98 and 2000-02-07-08M14 on mac and linux this 
is fixed and looks good.  Verified.
