After confirming that USPS OK to download, The browser will hang with "loading
Java app" displayed at the bottom of the browser.  IN IE, this goes on to
display a sample print.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to USPS.com
2. Go to send mail and packages
3. Print Labels and Postage Now
4. Log in 
5. Enter Shipping Info
6. attempt to Check Out

Actual Results:  
Java Hangs, Browser shows 50% of page loaded.

Expected Results:  
Loded a sample of the printout
