The menu of the "Preferences" Window (where you can go to Downloads, Privacy,
Advanced etc.) on the left side is frozen, so you can't go to a different
section. However you can do changes on the right side (for example, change the
browser home page etc.). If I close the Preference window and reopen it, it
works as expected.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to Edit/Preferences
3. Try to switch the section

I can reproduce it exactly every second time I open Firefox (I open it, doesn't
work. then I close Firefox and open it again then it works. The next time it
doesn't work and so on...)

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
