All my email accounts get the same spam, so it would be very helpful if I could
specify one message filter for all accounts/folders instead of having to specify
the same filter for all accounts.

I believe this is a duplicate of Bug 129883.

Marek, please check that bug and mark this one as a duplicate if it's the same.
BTW if you don't know about the adaptive spam filter, which automates spam
filtration, you might want to check it out: Tools -> Junk Mail Controls.

I played with it a lot (junk controls), and I wouldn't trust it to delete the
mail if it thought the mail was spam. After a lot of training it still makes
some mistakes.
