Details

I'd like CVS write access to the webtools, specifically webtools/update
(which'll be checked in soon.) Per "Getting CVS Write Access to Mozilla", I need
a voucher, but I don't need additional super-reviewer approval since my request
is for access to code that doesn't require super-review.
Ben said he'd vouch for me, CC'ing him.
