When extensions are listed, version information is given in a user-friendly way.
e.g. http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/showlist.php?category=Humor
"Works with: 0.9.x - 1.0PR"

On All Releases pages, raw version numbers are used. e.g.
http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=217&vid=557&page=releases
"Works with: 0.9 - 0.10"

The All Releases pages should use the same format as the lists.

Yeah, the change to the showlist pages was recent. So it didn't get applied to
the moreinfo all releases page, for some reason.

I don't understand what's "broken".  They both say Works With.  The actual
values are picked from install.rdf, whether they're right or not.

This bug is quite simple. The list pages now use a friendly "display" version,
like 1.0PR or 0.9.x  whereas the All Versions page, doesn't.
