1. Visit the page of above 2. Open as many other Firefox browser windows as you want (these others may even have multiple tabs inside; have them blank or load pages of your choice) 3. Close the window showing the page of above Result: *All* windows are gone and the Firefox process is gone as well, but no crash has been reported Expected result: Just the one window close and the other ones stay open; or if an internal crash takes place, it should be reported Reproducible: Always! Additional info: Even worse. I wanted to check if the page uses nasty JS code, so I opened several windows showing me the source code of the single frames. When I closed one of the src-code windows, I had the same effekt: It was all gone! And a behavior like that can't be triggered by nasty JS code.
Reproduced with latest nigthly: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040830 Firefox/0.9.1+
