Visit this site:
click on DOWNLOAD FONT.
You will see that firefox/mozilla opens the file and shows its contents, instead
of downloading it, like IE.

The file is being sent by the server as text/plain, so Mozilla treats it as
plain text like it was told to.

Not a browser bug.  The server admin needs to fix the server.
