Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open: Tools -> Options...
2.Select Advanced Icon
3.Scroll down till certificates, and expand it

Actual Results:  
Text: This section is PROVISIONAL and will change or disappear in future
releases[...]

Expected Results:  
No advice or his own section.

Isn't version 1.0 a good moment for his own secction or just remove the advice.
This isn't seen in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3)
Gecko/20040910 Firefox/0.10, it might be related to the localization you're using.
