A baic javascript window.open command should default to having no address bar or
tabs, as in all other browsers. The PR build does open these elements however.
Even true of a window.open call thta explicitly states address=no.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://home.encorehollywood.com/public/mozpop.htm (or
http://home.encorehollywood.com and click on 'Login Now')
2. Child window opens with tabs and address bar; it shouldn't.
This is by design as a security measure. See bug 22183.
