Location bar doesn't get focus when opening new tab (Ctrl-T).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Ctrl-T.
2. Try typing smth.

Actual Results:
You type symbols not in location bar, but in "find-as-you-type" field if it is
active.

Expected Results:
Firefox 0.9.2 gave focus to location bar of new opened tab, so I could type url
immediately. Now I should select location bar first.

with Opions->General-> and any page set (including blank) it works.
I tried all options (including no content), but could not reproduce this
