After giving custom toolbar a name and clicking OK, the newly created toolbar
doesn't show up in View > Toolbars.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose View > Toolbars > Customize
2. choose add new toolbar, enter name in dialogue box, click OK
3. look for new toolbar under View > Toolbars -- new toolbar is not listed

Actual Results:
see above

Expected Results:
created a custom toolbar with the name entered by user
Please download the latest Firefox release and try again.

I tried it and could not reproduce this bug.

Did you add anything to your new toolbar before you clicked on OK?
if you create an empty toolbar but don't put anything on it, we clean up after
you and delete the toolbar. Same if you remove all items from the toolbar
during customization.
