Details

There are many tech-evangelism bugs that deal for sites with misconfigured MIME
type. See http://snipurl.com/techevg_mime_bugs

It would be easier for evangelists to approach the maintainers of these sites
with a link to a document that explains how to fix such problems, especially in
cases where the maintainers are not technically apt to solve it themselves.

I'm generally just WONTFIXing these 'put up a doc on X' bugs that predate the modern MDC.  I don't especially want to slide down the slope of web-server config docs being on MDC, but even if we did want to go there:

Given the wikiness, Prog or someone else could themselves write a page, though I _strongly_ suspect that a good one exists out there already.
