There are many tech-evangelism bugs that deal for sites with misconfigured MIME type. See http://snipurl.com/techevg_mime_bugs It would be easier for evangelists to approach the maintainers of these sites with a link to a document that explains how to fix such problems, especially in cases where the maintainers are not technically apt to solve it themselves. I'm generally just WONTFIXing these 'put up a doc on X' bugs that predate the modern MDC. I don't especially want to slide down the slope of web-server config docs being on MDC, but even if we did want to go there: Given the wikiness, Prog or someone else could themselves write a page, though I _strongly_ suspect that a good one exists out there already.
