In Communicator 4.7, clicking once in the browser window, or clicking once
within a specific frame in the browser window, sets focus in that browser window
/ frame. One can then click the space bar to page down one page worth of data.
This does not work in M13.

I believe this works now. Mozilla Mac M15 (2000030508), Mac OS 9.

Yes, this appears to work in the M14 released version as well.
