After this I cannot enter any text in the inputs anymore. Even the location bar doesn't work anymore. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to a page with a form with selection-items 2.open such a selection menu 3.do a right click on it Actual Results: The cursor didn't appear anymore. Entering text into inputs or the location bar was impossible after these steps. Expected Results: The cursor and the location bar should have worked and entering text should have been possible.

Confirming: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 More detailed steps to reproduce: 1. On this page 2. Left-click one of the drop-down selects (such as "Hardware"). 3. Right-click on one of the options - a context menu appears. 4. Left-click on that option. The context menu disappears and the list collapses. 5. Notice that you cannot type in any of the text fields on this page, or in the address bar (but you can type in the "additional comments" textarea). The only way out of it I found was switching to a different application and then back.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. The bug which removes context menus on form elements is bug 404536 , which is for Milestone 3.0 and I can reproduce the current bug with 3.5.3, but can't with 3.7a1pre. Someone should confirm if this bug is fixed by bug 404536.
