261949 - Tabbed Browser 0.6.13 install has xml error

After installing tabbed browsing, I closed and reopen FireFox, then did Tools /
Options/ and saw a little box labeled: "Brower - Tabs Optionen" and just below
"Kofiguration..." and a button labeled "Tab Optionen..." (BTW, I am in the US so
why I didn't get English, I don't know)  When I click that button I get:
XML Parsing error: error in processing external entity reference
