The title page has the logo on the right when it should be on the left, and all
the links that should be on the right have disappeared.
This page was compared with IE 4.0Sp1 and NN4.7

Put the page through this, and presto, it works.

This seems to be badly written HTML.  need confirmation

Using 2000-02-02-11 (win95) this URL displays identically as compared with 
Nav4.6. Marking WORKSFORME, but please reopen if there is something I have 
missed. Thanks.
