Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. I go on to DXtuners.com - The Real Time Radio Network and login. 2. When I click on Mark, Chad, Andy http://www.dxtuners.com/servlet/IBMainServlet/?ib_page=81&rxid=18&iw_language=en&idega_session_id=B1C6F90C3B0E61C73D0F343CAF9386A6 3. I get this error message fullsoft.dll and firefox browser close. Then I restart firefox browser again. Actual Results: Sometimes I will get the same error message again but different website. Expected Results: The new Firefox browser Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

Worksforme on WinXP, but note the reporter is on Win9x.
