1. From http://jimbob/trigger2.html, trigger any test file

RESULT:
The Install.log will return error -204 and nothing is installed.  Windows and 
Linux work fine.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Installation occurs with no error message.

If the XPInstall engine is broken (this bug), then the Mac installer is broken. 
PDT has approved 25569 which is being blocked by this bug.

This is a file spec problem with an nsLocalFileMac implementation change in 
nsLocalFile::OpenNSPRFileDesc(). Adding sdagley to the cc: list. The suspected 
change is in rev 1.12.

Fix checked in. Sneaked it in before the respin with leaf's approval so 
hopefully XPInstall will work on the Mac again, today.
