When do several reloads of the current page the spacing between the bullet items
changes.  This is not occurring when the page is viewed and test in the same
manner using IE.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the html source file via Firefox
2. Select the reload current page button several time.


Actual Results:  
Spacing between the bulleted items changes.

Expected Results:  
No change in spacing between the bulleted items.
