RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 217034

I have an account that receives a large amount of mail that I have to classify
and sort into folders. I would like to be able to simply go through the mail,
mark some of it as junk, and label other messages, and then run filters on the
folder to have the messages relocated to the correct folders.
At the moment filtering on labels is hard, as I have to manually look in the
message headers for the value of X-Mozilla-Status2 that I can filter on. As for
filtering on those marked junk, I can't find the appropriate header at all, so
I have to move these messages manually.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
The way to approach your problem is to resort the message pane by junk or label,
then find the group of items you want to move.

I don't have any idea what you want to do with junk, other than delete it, for
which there is already a menu item under Tools. However, there is a request for
using junk status as a filter criterion: bug 196036. Also for Flag as a
criterion: bug 201433.
