I connect to an IMAP server on my company's intranet. However, to do so I have
to disable the proxy settings. This means that I can't setup access to both
internal and external email accounts. Also, it means that I don't have access
to extensions and themes.

An additional option to indicate whether the server should use the configured
proxy would be useful.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
You can include the Name/IP Address of your IMAP server in the "No Proxy for:"
text box.

I'm going to make this invalid, as I'm prity sure that it will solve you
problem. If it dose not work you can reopen the bug.
