Import loads address book ok, the when importing folders hangs, also gives
message that an error has occured while importing settings-some or all may not
have been imported.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.reboot
2.start thunderbird
3.tools-import-mail

Actual Results:  
bar starts to process the hangs

Expected Results:  
Import folders from outlook
