No longer running a slow AMD.  Was able to work aroud the problem on the 500 MHZ machine by unpacking with with another program which also handles 7Zip
but with out the need for instruction set found on newer faster cpu's and
running the install.  Remember to make a Firefox directory first as I never did figure out how to create a Firfox directory on the initial install.
