The New Event, New ToDo, Print and Wizard dialogs all display without a titlebar
on OSX. This means you can't move them.

This patch adds self.focus(); to each of the dialogs so they will come to the
foreground when they are redrawn, either initially, or because (for example)
the eventDialog was in the background and someone clicked "New Event", etc.

This has the side benefit that alerts will always come to the foreground when
they are redrawn (when an alert is added to an existing alert box).
