I've updated Mozilla to 2004110406 build and the bug is gone.

Ops. The bug seems to depend not on Mozilla build but on what printer is in use.

I see the bug with Postscript/default printer with the following properties
(which are default except the paper size):

Paper Size: Letter (8.5x11 inch)
Print Command: lpr ${MOZ_PRINTER_NAME:+'-P'}${MOZ_PRINTER_NAME}
Color: Color
Gap from edge of paper to Margin:
  Top: 0.04 Bottom: 0.04 Left: 0.04 Right: 0.04

But I still se the bug at

Moveover, Print Preview of this page has glitches: the content overlap with
Print Preview window scrollbar.

Ops. The bug with printing is indeed gone. But I can still see first page almost
empty in Print Preview. 

I've filed bug 269703 for Print Preview window glitches.
