visit the website, open new tab, ctrl+f for search-toolbar in the new opened
tab, close toolbar again, switch to the old tab (gangwars.de) and you now see,
that the lower frame is partly disguised.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.gangwars.de/gangwars/
2. open new tab (to load a new site is not required -- leave it empty)
3. ctrl+f to open search-toolbar
4. close search-toolbar again
5. switch to first tab (http://www.gangwars.de/gangwars/)


Actual Results:  
the lower frame is partly disguised!

Expected Results:  
the frame should be resized correctly, again.
