In the page at http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/president/ there
is a map image of the United States. Firefox shows many states as red when the
user expectation is that they should be blue. This is consistently reproducible,
and has been observed on several different machines.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL specified.
2. Observe map.

Actual Results:
Noted that many states expected to be blue are in fact red. Ohio and Florida
especially.

Expected Results:
Those states should be blue.
