I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, they use "Microsoft Outlook Web
Access" "Provided by Microsoft Exchange Server 2003".  The error is can be
reproduced.  The error is when I write respond to an email, then add an
attachment, while the attachment window is open and I try to open a new process
of Firefox, I can enter in addresses, open menus such as file, edit, bookmarks,
etc.  but the pages I type in or click on bookmarks do not open.  The browser
just sits there.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into email account.
2.Write a new mail or respond to an old.
3.Click attachment.
4.The attachment window opens.
5.I open another firefox browser and then the bookmark toolbar doesn't load and
cannot browse any other pages.

Actual Results:  
Cannot browse any other pages, bookmark toolbar doesn't load, I type in a web
address and hit enter (go...) and nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Should load the bookmark toolbar, should be able to browse other pages.
