if the left arrow key is hold down for a while, the number 4 will be inserted in
the text (any place: Address bar, page forms, editing the browser prefs, etc).
The same occurs with the other arrow keys (right=6, up=8, down=2), navigation
keys (Home=7, PgUp=9, End=1, PgDn=3) and character edition keys (Insert=0,
Delete=.).

Num Lock must be on, if it's off the problem seems to not occur.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the program focus (charet) on a text field
2. Hold down any of the keys described (example: Home) for a while (5 seconds is
enough).
Actual Results:
The Numeric Keyboard counterpart (correspondant character) is printed on the
text field.

Expected Results:
Continue doing the action of the key pressed (Left Arrow=charet moves one space
left. Left Arrow<>print "4" on text field).

It don't seems to occur in Windows XP. On Win98, I've noticed the bug with
Mozilla Suite and Firefox (latest nightly builds).
