It seems I forgot to finish the code for the component selection panel (when you do a custom install). It doesn't properly reset the title and subtitle in the installer window, and the text above the component list is missing as well. (Not critical for 1.0 IMO, it's never worked right and the screen is fairly self-explanatory).

Make this dialog work like the others (if anyone is curious, the "components before setup type" comment is leftover from when I was moving around the setup-type parsing code... the components dialog used to parse the setup types, but now the setup types dialog does that).
