The page at http://home.earthlink.net/~zenofchai/k5graph/ has a large SVG
graphic, which requires an SVG viewer plugin to see. But I don't have the
plugin. What comes up on my window is the plugin puzzle-piece icon, with "click
here to get the plugin", surrounded by a thin-bordered box that shows where the
boundaries of the SVG image would be if I had the plugin.

When I bring this page up in a window that is narrower than the image's
boundary, the boundary box is drawn outside the window, onto the Win2k desktop.
If I move my browser window, the piece of the boundary box that is outside my
window remains on the desktop. It can be erased by moving the browser window on
top of it, then away from it.

If I cause the box to be drawn by refreshing the page rather than loading it
new, the boundary box does not extend onto the desktop, but it is still
incorrectly drawn in that it extends past the right-hand scrollbar to the very
edge of the window. It should stop at the left-hand edge of the scrollbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a mozilla install which does not include an SVG plugin
2. Make the window somewhat narrow.
3. Visit http://home.earthlink.net/~zenofchai/k5graph/
4. Note that the plugin area bounding box extends onto desktop, outside of window
5. Move the window
6. Press the reload button
7. Note that the box doesn't extend outside the window, but is still drawn
somewhat incorrectly.
Actual Results:
The plugin area bounding box is drawn outside the window, onto the desktop.

Expected Results:
The bounding box should be clipped to the area inside the scrollbars.

This happens with a brand-new install of mozilla 1.7.3, and was first noticed
with 1.7.2.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
