27100 - No protocol(s)!

Using Build 2000020817 on WinNT 4.0 SP 6a, when entering a regular URL, it 
tells me:

"http is not a registered protocol"

FTP was apparently working, although I never waited for it to connect (as it 
was taking a while).

Gopher (although I NEVER use it) did not function either.

I can't think of any others to test them.


I also wanted to mention (as a side note) that I find it hard to find a 
previous bug so as to make sure I'm not duplicating effort.  I enjoy being part 
of the effort and don't want to create negative work...

If you can, might it be possible to give the bug finder more of a 'search 
engine query' interface?

reporter: the build you have was buggy, and this is a known error. Please get
the newest build, and see that it works.
