Confirmed with Mozilla trunk 2004112105 on WinXP.  But this is a server problem,
it is returning the page marked as text/plain.  The browser obediently displays
the HTML code.

The page listed in the URL is now sent as text/html. Please reopen this bug if
you see the server send any other files as text/plain improperly.
