When I attempt to input my personal mailing information to receive the product
information in the mail, the area that is supposed to have blocks for name,
address, etc., is a blank grey area.  This site works in MicroShaft Internet
Explorer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the web page listed; the area that should have information is a grey box.

Actual Results:  
a blank grey box appeared

Expected Results:  
shown fields to fill in a person's name, address, etc., to receive product
information.

the Web Site component is about www.mozilla.org/products/firefox and
/projects/firefox.

This is a bug in their site. They use
<!--- CONTACT INFORMATION ---->
but correct would be
<!-- CONTACT INFORMATION -->

Just send to [e-mail]:

Dear webmaster,

it has been discovered that https://www.bowflexselecttech.com/FreeVideo.asp has
a bug. Most of the middle column is not displayed in Mozilla Firefox.

Firefox interprets everything between <!--- CONTACT INFORMATION ----> and <!---
ZIPCODE ----> as a comment.

To fix that, use the correct syntax with only two dashes, as you do in other places:
<!-- CONTACT INFORMATION -->
