The MIME type of the Help Viewer project pages on mozilla.org is sent as
text/plain, which makes people see the source code of the page instead of
rendered content.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/help-viewer/index.php
2. Open "Page Info"
Actual Results:  
See the source code of the page.


Expected Results:  
See rendered HTML. :)
