this is the mac support for bug 27176

Totally support PDT+ for this. Once we turn off autoreg, this is going to matter
more and more.
Fix is in (QA: please verify with both commercial and mozilla).

This is not fixed completely because I forgot to add the relative path of the 
folder that gets created by the install scripts: Mozilla Folder.  The fix is a 
one liner to the config.ini templates.

Fix is in.  Should be picked up by the new builds being respun cross platform.
