Details
Some mail clients and services key on the X-Mailer header for filtering mail. For example AOL Mail will display in the mail header to the user a "Sent on" valued pulled from the X-Mailer header and not the reported user gagent string. <snipet> From: Michael Dunn <mikedunn55@aol.com> User-Agent: Mozilla Thunderbird 0.9 (Windows/20041103) X-Mailer: Unknown (No Version) It seems to me it would be perfectly fine to pass the user agent value as the X-Mailer value.

Essentially this is a dup of Bug 65472 which was closed as Fixed and verified. Therefor I am marking this as a dup.
