Build Identifier: Thunderbird/1.0

After upgrading to Thunderbird 1.0, all the entensions I had previously
installed (under 0.9) are no longer visible. However, at least one of them,
Launchy, is still there and still works. When I try to upgrade an extension by
manually installing a new version, the install dialog disappears without effect
after I click "install". Without seeing the extensions my only option to remove
them is to manually delete them from my profile directory, which is clearly
undesirable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Please ignore this. I am stupid and didn't run Thunderbird as root first.
