I have added category enumeration to
mozilla/netwerk/protocol/http/src/nsHTTPHandler.cpp

If would be nice if this lived in xpcom and everyone could use similar helper
functions. This would easen transition to the new progid.

there are enumerators getters on the category manager now.  I do not see any
enumeration code in the handler code.  Marking FIXED>
