Details
When an iFrame is placed inside a floating box and the window is resized, the iFrame will flash above its current position. On other pages I have observed this behavior even when the page is scrolled or when the iFrame's content is updated; but I could only reproduce the case in which the bahavior can be observed on a window resize. This behavior was observed in the 1.0 release of Firefox for both Windows and Linux.

This is fixed on the trunk by the fix for bug 238493. The fix is only in recent 1.8a builds. The fix is _not_ in Mozilla1.7.x or Firefox1.0.
