{inc} ::first-letters are too big and overlap

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. load testcase
2. make the window narrow, so that line-breaks occur
3. make the window wider again, so that the paragraphs fit on one line

ACTUAL RESULTS:
After 3, some ::first-letters are to big and they overlap (see screenshot).
Reload and it dissappears.

PLATFORM & BUILDS TESTED:
Bug occurs in Mozilla 2004-12-16-06 on Linux.
Bug occurs in Firefox 1.0 on Linux.

not seen, if I use textzoom for the steps above.

Hello,

When I load attachment 169012 [details] in Firefox 52.8.0 ESR (under Linux Debian 9.4, 64-bit) and follow steps to reproduce, I do not see any box height differences and no overlap of boxes.
