Details
Names of Attachment files in emails imported from Outlook 2000 are truncated to common Windows 8,3 file naming format, hence truncated. On the plus side, multiple attachments in a single email that start with the same first letters are labelled uniquely For example Two files in one email Become .... Interview Questions.doc Intervie.doc Intervidw Tips.doc Intervi1.doc (I know Spaces should never be used in file names, but hey we live in Microsoft Land where non technical people are sending documents over email without consideration) This is not a grind at all - but it may get picked up by lesser ugly folk than myself wanting to migrate. Thanks
