277341 - Allow blocking of images by domain

While the suggested enhancement in Bug# 259621 would be a great improvement over
the current handling, it will still leave some issues with some mailing lists
where desired content is carried from the source domain but other (advertising)
images are brought in from other domains.

In a similar way to being able to selectively choose from which domians I will
accept cookies in a web browser, I would like the ability to select from which
domains I will accept images.

I'd like to transplant a suggestion from Bug 283872 and modify it in light of
the "images from other domains issue here". 

Blocking/unblocking images is analagous functionality to blocking/allowing
popups in Firefox. To me the ideal user interface for this would be very much
like that: an option on the blocked images warning bar to "allow images from
this domain"; to handle the issue of images from other domains, I'd suggest that
when the user clicks that option, a dialog popup warning the user that this mail
contains images from other domains (listing them) with an "allow images from
these domains also" yes/no choice.

This is exactly the type of approach that I was envisaging.

The bugname should be "Allow _UN_blocking of images by domain". I suggest it
would be added like the drop down in the Advanced category:
"Allow remote images if the domain is: [button]". The button spawns a popup like
the one in firefox, when you try to install extensions from an untrusted domain.

Example of practical use:
1:  You work at a company that has a couple of mailing-lists or you just
generally get a lot of e-mails. Those e-mails always have a signature with a
small image. To avoid having to send these signature-images all the time, they
are remote images, always located on the same server.
2:  You get newsletters in HTML from trusted hosts. You want to view them in the
intended form :)

I suggest all who like this feature to vote for it.
