Clicking on the "Search" button while holding down the Control key does not open
the search results on a new tab as it is expected, since the "Go" button
performs this way when holding down Control and clicking on the "Go" button or
pressing the Enter key.

The same result is expected when you drag and drop an URL or some text into the
"Go" and "Search" buttons; it never opens a new tab, it always uses the current
one even if you have the Control key down, but it should (oh, well, at least, it
would be great).

By the way, the Web Search feature (in the popup menu) always opens on a new
window, here should the user be able to open the search results on new tabs.
the current behavior is as intended... marking RFE

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a

reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
