Site asks us to fill out some facts on a form and submit.  Submit button calls
up a popup window that stays blank.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.mamsi.com
2.  Go to "find a doctor"
3.   Choose Alliance healthcare from the list
4.  Fill out a couple of fields and press submit.
Actual Results:  
Blank popup pops up.

Expected Results:  
Given a popup with a searchable list of names and addresses.

This site is seriously broken to the extent that I'm not sure it works in anything but IE. However, doing the steps in comment 0 gets me to

http://www.multiplan.com/search/search-1.cfm

which works just as I would expect it to. This is WORKSFORME as far as I'm concerned.
